Quaker Values in the Lives of Our Organizations (Video)

Board & Organizational Development

Education

How do Quaker traditions come to life in organizations? What does it mean to work, volunteer and live with, or receive services from, an organization rooted in Quaker values?

The Quaker Connection Video Series offers perspectives on living and working in a Quaker values-rooted environment, as told through conversations with lifelong Friends Jane Mack, President/CEO for FSA, and David Jones, retired Vice President of Development for The Kendal Corporation.

Designed for board members, residents, clients and staff of Quaker values-aligned senior care providers, these short videos and their accompanying reflection questions explore the history, beliefs and practices of the Religious Society of Friends.

– Integrity: There is an expectation that people will live into excellence in our organizations.
– Community: We seek input when an issue arises from all who are involved.
– Stewardship: We concentrate on what people are able to do and contribute.
