Brethren Village Retirement Community, in Lititz, PA, is seeking RN Clinical Care Coordinators for our 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and 20-bed Short Term Rehab. Center. 

Brethren Village’s RN Care Coordinators are eligible for competitive pay rates starting at $44.00, and generous shift differentials ($3.00 extra per hour on the evening shift, $2.00 extra per hour on the night shift, plus $1.00 extra per hour on weekends), plus an overtime premium if working over 40 hours in a week.

The RN Clinical Care Coordinator works collaboratively with other RN’s, LPN’s, CNAs, the Directors of Nursing, and physicians to monitor and manage Residents’ care needs; update Residents’ plans of care; provide leadership, oversight, and guidance for assigned staff; and provide direct patient care, including for complex issues. 

Brethren Village RN Care Coordinators have the opportunity to establish supportive relationships with our Residents, receive on-going clinical skills training, and receive mentoring and guidance from the Director of Nursing and other clinical leaders.  These are great professional development opportunities for qualified RN’s.
