Raising awareness about neurodiversity, promoting inclusion, and providing actionable strategies for supporting neurodivergent individuals in the workplace is more important than ever. In this Learning Lab, we will focus on fostering understanding, reducing stigma, and creating environments that embrace neurodiverse strengths.
By the end of the training, participants will:
-Understand the concept of neurodiversity and recognize common neurodivergent conditions (e.g., ADHD, autism, dyslexia).
-Develop an awareness of the strengths and challenges that neurodivergent individuals may experience.
-Learn how to foster a more inclusive and supportive work environment for neurodiverse employees.
-Gain practical strategies for communication, accommodations, and flexibility.
