Creating a healthy workplace culture starts with psychological safety. While it can be difficult to define, its presence—or absence—is often easy to recognize through the way people communicate, collaborate, and respond to challenges.
This Learning Lab will explore what psychological safety looks and feels like in practice, how it influences organizational culture, and the role leaders play in creating environments rooted in trust, belonging, and healthy interactions. Through research-based concepts, self-reflection, and interactive activities, participants will examine how mindset shifts, leadership behaviors, and open dialogue contribute to sustainable cultures.
By the end of the training, participants will:
- Identify the characteristics of psychologically safe workplaces and the behaviors that hinder it
- Reflect on the leadership behaviors that build trust, encourage vulnerability, and create a sense of belonging
- Learn practical strategies to cultivate a workplace culture where employees feel safe to bring their authentic selves to work.
- Understand how psychological safety drives stronger collaboration, engagement, and organizational success.
