With more than 20 years in healthcare compliance and 40 years in long-term care, she specializes in compliance program development, regulatory oversight, and risk mitigation. Karla has extensive experience managing Corporate Integrity Agreements and collaborating with government agencies. She holds CHC, CHPC, and CCEP certifications and is a member of HCCA and AHLA.
