The EEOC’s most well-known example of a reasonable accommodation is providing a stool for a cashier who is unable to stand. Most employee accommodation requests, however, are far more complicated and often leave employers wondering, “Is that reasonable”.  This presentation will provide practical tips and strategies to help employers manage difficult accommodation and leave requests.  Topics covered will include:  implementing an effective accommodation policy and procedure; navigating the interactive process; evaluating complex accommodation requests; and managing employee leave requests under FMLA, ADA and employer policies. This webinar will be presented by Angela H. Sanders, Principal-Employment and Labor at Post & Schell, P.C.

Angela H. Sanders is a Principal whose practice focuses on representing employers in the full range of employment law matters. Her clients come from a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, construction, landscaping, professional services, and health care (continuing care retirement communities, long-term care, home health agencies).
