As we continue to innovate, we are seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse – Director of Clinical Office to provide clinical leadership and help shape the future of resident care. Lead clinical excellence in one of the region’s most beautiful senior living communities.

In this key leadership role, you will oversee daily operations of the Clinical Office, providing guidance and support to nursing and clinical staff while ensuring exceptional care for residents. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, promote wellness, and uphold the highest standards of clinical practice. This position offers the opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with strategic leadership in a mission-driven environment dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults.

Key Qualifications
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
• Strong clinical and leadership experience in senior living, primary care, long-term care, or related healthcare settings
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, build relationships, and foster collaboration
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for resident-centered care and continuous quality improvement
