Barclay Friends, a Quaker value–based senior living community, is looking for a Nurse Manager (RN) to join our nursing leadership team on the evening shift (Monday – Friday). If you’re an experienced RN who enjoys leading others while still staying connected to resident care, this could be the perfect fit.
Pay & Schedule
- Estimated Hourly Range: $49.00-$51.00
- 80 hours bi-weekly NO WEEKENDS
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
As our Nurse Manager, you’ll be the go-to clinical leader during the evening shift—supporting staff, ensuring excellent resident care, and maintaining a calm, well-run unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff on the evening shift
- Oversee resident care in Skilled Nursing.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and clinical standards
- Partner with the Director of Nursing (DON) on policies and process improvements
- Step in to provide hands-on care when needed
- Communicate with residents’ families to answer questions and provide reassurance
- Monitor staffing levels and address scheduling or performance concerns promptly
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing
- Active Pennsylvania RN license
- Prior leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred
- Comfortable using EMR systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and people-management skills
