Giving and receiving feedback are essential skills for managers at every level. Join this Learning Lab to help identify why feedback is necessary and what the different types of feedback are.

We will also discuss tools and best practices for receiving feedback constructively to help you grow as a leader.

Shanda O’Dennis, Learning and Development Associate for AQORD, will lead this informative session. With a strong focus in systems alignment, team building, change management, and professional development, Shanda has amassed extensive experience in various roles. Throughout her career, she has served as the Director of IDD Services at Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems, where she provided leadership and oversight to residential services and community-based support programs. Shanda holds an M.S. in Organizational Development & Leadership from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) and a B.A. in Psychology from Temple University.
