With over two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership and the senior living sector, Suzette Davis brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for organizational growth to her role as Vice President of Consulting & Senior Executive Search Consultant. Suzette’s journey in this field has been marked by a deep commitment to helping organizations navigate complex transitions and achieve their fullest potential.

Suzette has worn many hats throughout her career — strategist, advisor, innovator, and leader. She has a knack for developing tailored strategies that address unique organizational challenges, always with an eye toward enhancing operational effectiveness and fostering community engagement. Her approach is holistic, blending her expertise in strategic planning and organizational development with a compassionate, values-based perspective.

Suzette’s leadership style is all about collaboration and empathy, underpinned by sharp strategic thinking. She thrives on building high-performing teams and finding common ground among diverse stakeholders. It’s this ability to bring people together, coupled with her innovative problem-solving skills, that has allowed her to successfully implement programs that make a real difference in the lives of those served by the organizations she works with.

In her role at AQORD, Suzette is excited to leverage her experiences to expand AQORD Consulting services. She sees her position as an opportunity to help organizations not just weather times of transition or crisis but to emerge from them stronger and more focused on their mission.

Suzette has her MA in Strategic Communications from the University of Delaware and has a BS in Psychology with a Minor in Marketing from Auburn University. Her academic background provides a solid foundation for her work. She stays connected with the latest industry trends through active involvement in professional associations, always looking for new ways to drive innovation in the nonprofit and senior living sectors.

With 18 years of experience in healthcare, Courtney is eager to continue to work in service of AQORD Consulting partners and constituents. Outside of the office, she joins her husband in supporting their four boys in their academic, sporting, and musical endeavors. Courtney enjoys hiking, reading, and learning about spiritual formation.

With a strong focus in systems alignment, team building, change management, and professional development, Shanda has amassed extensive experience in various roles. Throughout her career, she has served as the Director of IDD Services at Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems, where she provided leadership and oversight to residential services and community-based support programs. During her tenure at Elwyn, she held multiple roles, including Director of Operations, Employment and Adult Day Services, and Associate Director of the Supports for Living Program. She currently sits on the Alumni Association Board for Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM).

Shanda holds an M.S. in Organizational Development & Leadership from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) and a B.A. in Psychology from Temple University. She is a State Certified Investigator from the Department of Public Welfare. She also is certified as a Leadership & Management Trainer and is a Certified Life Coach.

With more than 25 years of collective leadership experience in the senior living and healthcare industries, Nikki brings a wealth of knowledge to AQORD Consulting. Her most recent experience was serving as the Executive Director of a senior living campus in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where she translated her data-driven expertise into practical application. This experience significantly shaped her perspective on the design of leadership development and organizational culture.

Previously, Nikki held the position of President at a National Research and Consulting firm specializing in engagement surveys, data analytics, community health needs assessments, and leadership development. In this role, she provided consultation to C-suite executives of the firm’s clientele of 350 senior living organizations. Nikki has delivered national presentations on the topics of culture, leadership development, and community engagement.

Her dedication to fostering inclusive and dynamic environments has shaped her professional journey. Nikki emphasizes the significance of actively listening to stakeholders, ensuring that decisions reflect their viewpoints. She is acknowledged for her ability to inspire teams and drive change, utilizing self-awareness and meaningful conversations as crucial components in cultivating cultures that promote excellence for both individuals and organizations.

Chris Stump is the Managing Associate at AQORD Consulting, leveraging extensive experience in administrative coordination, financial management, and strategic project support. With a proven ability to manage complex budgets, streamline operational processes, and ensure regulatory compliance, Chris provides essential administrative and logistical support across consulting services, including executive searches.

Her background includes essential roles within nonprofit and healthcare organizations, where she successfully executed strategic planning initiatives, facilitated compliance reporting, and enhanced operational efficiencies. Chris’s strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with tools such as Google Suite, QuickBooks, and Canva enable her to effectively support consulting teams, ensuring seamless execution and client-focused outcomes.
