From Survey to Strategy: Leveraging Employee Engagement Data

Employee engagement surveys provide insight into the lived experiences of staff that ultimately determine whether organizational strategies take hold or stall. When workforce realities, leadership continuity, and operational demands converge, understanding how culture is experienced becomes essential to strategic progress.

This webinar invites members to explore how engagement data can be used to inform strategic decision-making related to cultural stewardship, leadership development, and workforce sustainability. This session is led by AQORD Consulting Senior Consultant, Nikki Rineer. With more than 25 years of collective leadership experience in the senior living and healthcare industries, Nikki brings a wealth of knowledge to AQORD Consulting. Her most recent experience was serving as the Executive Director of a senior living campus in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where she translated her data-driven expertise into practical application. This experience significantly shaped her perspective on the design of leadership development and organizational culture.

AQORD Program Director, Riley Mills, joins Nikki in reviewing the framework and intention behind AQORD’s employee engagement survey. Riley has been the project manager and report developer for AQORD Assessments for the past four years, supporting both members utilizing assessments as part of their free member benefit as well as customized survey processes for AQORD Consulting clients.
